Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We’re looking for a paid media advertising specialist to work with us across our coveted range of global clients. This role will be a pivotal part of our team working on our clients’ paid media strategies on Google platforms, Meta platforms, LinkedIn and TikTok and is an exciting opportunity to lead paid media across the agency with the scope to rapidly expand into management.
The ideal candidate will lead on delivering full-funnel strategies that focus on customer behaviour, increasing awareness among the target audiences and helping drive traffic and sales. Our clients are B2C, B2B and B2B2C, so knowledge of tactics suited to top-of-funnel awareness vs demand-gen are important.
The successful candidate will produce campaign and creative ideas that drive performance and deliver ROAS, testing and optimising channels, audiences, bidding strategies, creative and copy. They will need to stay on top of campaign and market trends, performing competitor analysis and developing campaign insights.
They will work on continuous optimisation of campaigns, feeding back on what these are, and delivering insight to the client, while being the spearhead of paid media across the company and educating on best practice.
Keeping up-to-date with latest trends and releases for major platforms, they will work closely with Head Of Digital to unlock business with current clients and acquire new clients.
They will need to build healthy relationships with key paid-media platforms while collaborating with internal Linney teams, sharing insight that could help others.
